Staying at this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious with a separate living room and bedroom offering a good view of the estate, despite some inconvenience due to steep steps and slopes. The lack of AC and mini-bar was a downside. The service was exceptionally helpful and courteous, with staff going the extra mile to assist guests. The location, with fantastic views and an open gym nearby, made our trip to Munnar truly memorable. The dining experience varied but included some delicious dishes. The facilities were adequate though lacked certain amenities.
